Throughout the manufacturing process, inspectors are present to ensure that our standards are maintained to ensure beauty, quality and durability. English and French dovetailing is the standard that has been in existence for centuries for drawer construction. Alpine Furniture uses either all English dovetailing or a combination of both English and French dovetailing depending on the model and type of use. Drawer glides on Alpine Furniture products prior to 2011 featured traditional wood on wood or a Kenlin metal center glide system. Today's contemporary customers have changed. They expect the ease and convenience of a ball bearing glide extension drawer glide. Alpine Furniture listens to our dealers so in the latter part of 2011 began using the ball bearing extension glide to the satisfy needs of our customer. The collections going forward will utilize the ball bearing glide system.
Yes, you can place and order; and yes, we will deliver. The Classy Home's activities are continuing. Our delivery times are accurate to the fine of our expertise, however state-level and national-level closure decisions can also have an effect on a few orders. Why are some items taking longer to ship?With many states issuing stay-at-home orders due to covid-19, some of our partners have needed to reduce their staff notably. That means warehouses have taken longer than ordinary to get your order on a truck. What is The Classy Home doing to keep customers and employees safe?The Classy Home is committed to ensuring the safety of both our customers and employees. We are strictly following WHO guidance to protect our employees. Using sanitizer & masks, keeping our warehouses clean, allowed employees to work from home where possible. We've also instructed our suppliers to follow WHO guidance at their warehouses.
Is it possible to reduce contact with delivery guys or driver?Yes. The Classy Home's delivery partners have been advised to reduce contact with customers by placing packages at the customer's doorstep and stepping back. ID check is performed at a distance. You can also choose a safe location where the delivery staff can leave your package.
